3D renders for a design penthouse on Rambla de Catalunya

Rambla de Catalunya Penthouse

We were commissioned to create 3D renders in Barcelona for a penthouse in the city’s Quadrat d’Or, the Golden Square, one of its most exclusive and sought-after areas.

The apartment stands out for its elegant architecture, generous spaces and refined interior design by Helga Hidalgo, created for a comfortable, sophisticated way of living.

The interior designer’s approach

Helga’s design set out to turn the property into an elevated, sophisticated and warm home, without any ostentation.

A subtle balance between contemporary design and privacy.

Strategy

The apartment was still under construction, but the developer decided not to wait for the works to finish before starting to sell.

Rather than wait for photos of the finished result, they moved early and trusted our 3D rendering studio to create high-end visuals that captured the full potential of the project.

We studied the plans, the design references and the buyer profile to decide which spaces would connect with buyers looking for exclusivity, privacy and good taste.

We created 10 renders and a 360° virtual tour to position the property above similar ones that, despite their location, didn’t spark the same level of desire.

Art direction

We wanted to evoke what it means to live in an elevated home, where settling into that curved, sculptural armchair makes you feel part of a carefully designed life in the most authentic heart of Barcelona.

In the dining room, the scene tells a story about the pleasure of preparing a beautiful breakfast with the family, surrounded by light and beauty.

The terrace was conceived as an unexpected retreat: a private corner in the middle of the city, where switching off from the urban pace is as simple as sitting down with a glass of wine, chatting in the sun or relaxing in the hot tub.

In short, we set out to convey those small subtleties you simply sense.
