3D renders for a luxury apartment on Passeig de Gràcia
Passeig de Gràcia 39
A commission for 3D rendering in Barcelona to market an exclusive apartment just 20 metres from the iconic Casa Batlló.
The interior designer’s approach
The project was a full refurbishment of a family apartment in one of Barcelona’s most sought-after areas. Interior designer Helga Hidalgo’s new design favoured a fluid layout and a timeless look, balancing elegance and practicality.
Strategy
Despite its prime location, the apartment had been listed on property portals for more than a year and a half with barely any interest.
Our brief was to create a visual strategy that would spark desire and speed up the sale before the works were finished.
We studied the project and proposed a set of renders focused on showcasing the design and positioning the apartment as a unique opportunity on Passeig de Gràcia.
Art direction
We worked closely with the interior designer, who selected the furniture and finishes, to define the framing, composition and lighting that best conveyed the project’s sophisticated, elegant character.
We wanted to convey a serene, considered, elevated way of living. Quiet luxury you could feel in every room:
– A dressing room conceived as a small, intimate world, for a woman who enjoys the ritual of getting ready, surrounded by tastefully chosen details: iconic handbags, soft textures, beautiful order.
– A bathroom full of calm and design, where you’d want to start and end the day.
– A bedroom where every line and every tone wraps you in a feeling of refuge, elegance and rest.
– And a living and dining room full of light, sophistication and warmth. Open yet cosy, designed to enjoy great design without giving up comfort.
The result was immediate: the listing with the renders went live on 30 April and the apartment was reserved just 48 hours later.
