3D rendering Marbella for luxury villas

Architectural visualisation for the Mediterranean’s most competitive luxury villa market

For developers selling a villa project off-plan who want it to be the one estate agents are keen to show their clients.

In Marbella, branded residences have raised the bar. The villas that rise to it win.

Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana and Karl Lagerfeld have taken centre stage in luxury property on the Costa del Sol.

And your buyer, from abroad, is choosing between dozens of high-end homes. A branded residence arrives with trust already earned. Your villa has to earn it from the first impression, to catch the buyer’s interest and make agents want to recommend it.

That’s why at Hamau we work with you to decide what to say about your villa and how to make it desirable, so it doesn’t sit unnoticed for months or end up being negotiated down.

3D rendering services in Marbella

What your villa needs to sell off-plan.

We start by deciding what to say. The images come later.

01

Renders

Every image starts with one question: what does your buyer need to see and feel to want to live here? We choose the light, the framing, the furniture and the details based on the answer.

02

360° Virtual Tours

For the buyer deciding from the UK, the Netherlands or Sweden. They can walk through the villa before it exists, without ever setting foot on the plot.

03

Property Film

Morning on the terrace with the Mediterranean beyond. An afternoon on the golf course. Dinner by the pool at sunset. We tell your project’s story so buyers can feel what living there all year round would be like.

Villa in Portocolom, Mallorca

Incredible work, Raúl!
We love it. The idea of including the cinema, and the exterior views from these angles, are perfect.
Thank you so much for your work and your love of detail on this project. Best regards

How we work on 3D renders in Marbella, step by step

Wherever you are, this is how we work

Only five projects a year. You work directly with the founder, Raúl Justicia, from start to finish.

1

First conversation

A 30-minute video call. Raúl takes a first look at your project and, if it’s a fit, proposes the scope, investment and timings.

2

Information check

Once the project is confirmed, we check that we have the latest plans and specification of finishes, along with photos or video of the plot. That way we capture the real views, light and landscape.

3

Research and briefing

Raúl studies the project, its competition and the buyer profile, and decides what to say and how to show it. It all goes into a briefing we’ll share with you within 5 to 7 days.

4

Creation and delivery

You’ll usually receive the exteriors at the end of week three and the interiors at the end of week five. We review them together, make the rounds of adjustments and deliver the final images. The film follows. The whole project takes around 7 weeks, or around 9 with film.
