How we’ll work with you, step by step

Only five projects a year, led by Raúl Justicia from start to finish.

First conversation

A 30-minute video call. Raúl takes a first look at your project and, if it’s a fit, proposes the scope, investment and timings.

Information check

We check that we have the up-to-date plans and specification of materials before we start.

Research and briefing

We identify the strongest selling points and define what each image should show. Within 5–7 days.

Creation and delivery

You usually receive the exteriors at the end of week three and the interiors at the end of week five. Then a joint review and final images ready for launch. The whole project takes around 7 weeks, or around 9 with film.

Who is Hamau Studio NOT for?

If you’re looking for cheap renders or images with no sales intent, we’re probably not the right studio for you. We work with developers and architects whose projects have something that sets them apart and who want them to be seen for what they’re worth.

Do you work directly with architects?

Yes. Many of our projects come to us through the architect of the development. We respect the design and present it with the sales intent the developer needs, so you come out well on both sides.

Barcelona city and the surrounding area: Badalona, the Maresme, Rubí, Matadepera, Sitges, Vilanova i la Geltrú and the Costa Brava, among others.

Where is your studio based?

Raúl Justicia, the studio’s founder, works from Barcelona and personally directs every project with a small team of senior artists working remotely. That lets us work to the same standard in other markets, such as Mallorca, Andorra and Marbella.

How much do renders for a development in Barcelona cost?

Projects start from €10,000 + VAT and include renders and film. The 360° virtual tour is optional. The final price depends on the size of the development, its complexity and the number of unit types, and is agreed after our first conversation.

Do you create renders for luxury homes?

Yes. We’ve worked on grand period buildings in Barcelona’s Quadrat d’Or and on contemporary villas. At Passeig de Gràcia 39, the interior designer’s scheme and our renders helped sell a €1.5M flat in under 48 hours, after it had spent a year and a half without buyers.

How long does it take to deliver the renders?

It depends on the scope and complexity of the project, but this is the usual timeline: the briefing is ready in the first week, the exteriors at the end of week three and the interiors at the end of week five. In week six we go through the changes together, and in week seven we deliver the final images. If the project includes a film, it’s delivered around week nine. If you have a launch date, tell us from the start and we’ll plan to meet it.

What does a high-end development in Barcelona need to stand out on the property portals?

Renders that go beyond showing façades and square metres. Most developments are presented with basic images, so highlighting what makes your project different, taking care over the interior styling in every image and adding virtual tours and film already puts you ahead. The same goes for your listing copy: fewer features, more about the benefits of living there.
