3D renders for a property development in Encamp
Residencial Sant Miquel
Sant Miquel, designed by Carles Puig Arquitecte, is a scheme of 72 homes in the heart of Encamp, Andorra. Our 3D rendering studio was brought in to produce all of its sales material.
The building will go up on what is currently a car park, and the idea is to breathe new life into the area and give the parish a new place to live, shop and meet.

The architects’ approach
The architecture, materials and layouts were all carefully thought through so the scheme would sit naturally within its surroundings.
The main façade was one of the key pieces. It faces Encamp’s busiest avenue, and it’s where three retail units will bring street life to the building.
Strategy
After our first meeting, and after looking at other 3D renders in Andorra, it was clear the images had a bigger job to do than showing the building. They needed to raise how buyers valued it and make it stand out as an appealing place to live in the middle of Encamp.
We produced a full set of 12 interior and exterior renders, plus a 360° virtual tour of the two main unit types: type A, designed for families of four or five, and type B, aimed at couples.
We chose type A as the main reference because of its size, its layout and how well it works as a family home. That gave us a solid visual story to build on, while the extra images of type B showed buyers the development as a whole.
Outside, we put the focus on the main façade and the way it meets the avenue. It’s the most visible part of the building and where the shops will be.
Art direction
For the exteriors, we wanted images that captured the buzz of the neighbourhood, by day and by night: natural light, people going about their day and a building that moves to the rhythm of the town.
For the interiors, we developed the concept design from the architects’ materials specification.
Every image, piece of furniture and colour palette was chosen on purpose, to create a warm, elegant feel with a close connection to nature, in keeping with the lifestyle the project offers.
