3D renders for a design villa in Els Vilars
Borda Marió
Borda Marió is a contemporary take on the traditional Andorran borda, designed by Adserà Group for buyers who want something exclusive and genuinely different. It sits in Els Vilars, one of the most sought-after spots in Andorra.
The architects’ approach
The architects reworked the solid, quiet character of the old mountain borda using natural stone, calm volumes and a design that constantly plays off the surrounding peaks.
The aim was a house that feels elegant and is instantly recognisable.
Strategy
The villa was being sold off-plan, with nothing built yet, so the images had to carry two things at once: the quality of the design and the lifestyle that comes with living there.
We studied the project alongside other 3D rendering work in Andorra for similar homes, looking for ways to set it apart and strengthen its position in the market.
We produced 12 renders, inside and out, to show both the striking architecture and a carefully considered way of life, aimed at a buyer who values character, design and sophistication.
Art direction
Every viewpoint was chosen to bring out the sculptural strength of the architecture and its close connection with the landscape.
Each façade has a personality of its own, so we set out to show it: the volumes, the textures and the way the whole house speaks to the mountain.
Inside, we developed a contemporary concept design with designer furniture, refined details and carefully controlled lighting. Every room feels warm, elegant and calm, without ever tipping into showiness.
