Developed by Mayela Real Estate Acquisitions, Mar i Cel is a contemporary residential scheme defined by vertical lines and timeless elegance, designed for families of different sizes to build a comfortable, peaceful life in tune with the Mediterranean way of living.
Working with the architecture practice Farrés Frías, our 3D rendering studio created the marketing material to position the development as one of the most attractive residential offerings in L’Escala.
The architects’ approach
Farrés Frías conceived Mar i Cel as a scheme of bright, practical homes, with shared spaces designed to be enjoyed together.
Strategy
We analysed the development’s strengths and defined a strategy built around three key messages: contemporary design, lifestyle and sea views.
We chose the most representative and distinctive outdoor areas, alongside the interior of one of the homes with the greatest potential, which would anchor the visual story.
With 23 different unit types, some buyers might struggle to picture the layouts from architectural drawings, so we produced photorealistic sales floor plans to make them easier to read and improve the buying experience.
Art direction
Every composition, furniture choice and frame was decided with intention to convey an eye for design and the warmth of a home you want to enjoy every day.
