3D renders for a Property development in Escaldes-Engordany
Kronos
Designed by Adserà Group, Edifici Kronos is a high-end residential building with a one-of-a-kind design in the centre of Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra.
Approach and strategy
When SIMAC10 got in touch, they were looking for a high-end 3D rendering studio that could capture the essence of Kronos in a set of images and, at the same time, add value and prestige to the architects and developers behind it.
A bit of research showed us that most developers were spending very little on 3D renders for projects in Andorra.
So we suggested starting with 11 renders, with room to add more if we spotted images that could make the development even more desirable.
In the end we delivered 16 renders, which were used for the off-plan sales campaign and in Adserà Group’s portfolio.
Art direction
We wanted Kronos to come across as a building with real design quality, elegance and comfort.
Every image was carefully put together so that buyers would feel at home the moment they saw it.
Lighting was key. We timed the sun so it would catch the curved part of the façade, bringing out the architecture and adding warmth to the scene.
For the interiors, we used a restrained colour palette with natural touches of olive green and wood.
