3D renders for an off-plan luxury villa in Santa Ponsa
Villa Santa Ponsa
One of our projects for 3D rendering in Mallorca, created to market a building plot with an approved project next to the marina in Santa Ponsa.
CM Arquitectura designed a 420 m² contemporary villa with every comfort, made for slowing down from the pace of everyday life.
The architects’ approach
CM Arquitectura designed the villa as a one-of-a-kind piece: an exclusive home where every volume, void and opening is there to balance presence and calm.
Strategy
In our first session with Marc and Catalina, we heard their view of the rooms with the greatest architectural value.
From there, we proposed a set of images that would show the project and help buyers picture the lifestyle that comes with a villa of this calibre.
We produced 10 renders, 5 exterior and 5 interior, giving equal weight to both to build a balanced story.
The goal: sales material that speaks the same language as the premium buyers Herzog Real Estate works with.
Art direction
We set out to capture the villa’s architectural character and its feel of a sophisticated retreat.
Outside, by the pool, we composed a scene designed to spark the urge to dive in, lie in the sun or simply take in the silence.
Inside, we wanted every image to have a magazine look: natural stone, wood, warm light and carefully chosen details.
In the bedroom, we framed the view to evoke the intimate moment of opening the curtains in the morning to find the pool, the Mallorcan sky and a tree rising from the courtyard, a symbol of the bond between architecture and nature.
