3D Renders for an Off-Plan Finca in Ses Salines
Finca Son Gorem
Our 3D rendering studio was commissioned for this project in Ses Salines, Mallorca: Son Gorem, a manor-style finca in the rustic Mediterranean tradition, with views of the majestic Puig de Sant Salvador.
Developed by Ibiza Style Klaus May with architect Biel Arbona, the project set out to create a private paradise that combines the comforts of a grand Mallorcan estate with respect for local architecture.
The architect’s approach
The project reinterprets traditional Mallorcan architecture with local materials such as marès stone, and olive wood.
All in a restrained, elegant language that celebrates calm, local identity and respect for the landscape.
Strategy
From the start, Ibiza Style told us they needed to connect with discerning buyers who love traditional beauty, and who value both comfort and a connection with nature.
With that in mind, we researched similar projects in Mallorca to define a visual strategy that would position our client and evoke the lifestyle on offer: privacy, authenticity and timelessness.
We carefully chose the spaces to show and worked closely with the architect to capture the architecture and character of the home faithfully.
Art direction
Every view was designed to convey a finca with soul, at one with nature and made for an unhurried life.
We looked for soft light that would bring out the texture of the stone, the earthy tones and the warmth of the wood.
Inside, we developed refined Mediterranean styling that feels elegant while staying true to the rustic character.
Everything served one purpose: for every image to let buyers feel the privilege of living there.
