3D Renders for a New-Build Development in BAdalona
Badalona Port
Grup Morales came to our Barcelona 3D rendering studio for one of the most important developments they had built to date: Badalona Port. The development sits in one of the most promising areas of greater Barcelona: Port Badalona.
Overlooking the marina canal and just minutes from the beach, it brings together thoughtful architecture, an exceptional location and a family lifestyle.

The architects’ approach
The renowned practice A12 Arquitectes designed a building that blends modern lines with a Mediterranean spirit.
Clean volumes, careful detailing and lovingly chosen materials create architecture that is practical, beautiful and in tune with its surroundings: the sea, the city and the area’s lively future.
Strategy
From the outset, Grup Morales told us they wanted to set this development apart from the other large developers active in the area.
Our starting point was clear: Grup Morales is a Badalona company building in its own town. With more than 60 years behind them, they wanted their marketing to reflect that closeness, local trust and long-term vision.
We studied the competition and defined a visual strategy to convey the family feel, privacy and careful design that make this development unique.
We chose one of the most representative home types in the development and produced a full set of sales material: 12 renders, a 360° virtual tour, a specification document and a sales brochure.
Art direction
For the exteriors, we wanted to convey the balance between city life and a family retreat. We showed the building at its most appealing: soft light and clear skies, inviting buyers to picture the mornings, the warm evenings and the most beautiful moment of the day, blue hour.
For the interiors, we developed the concept design from the specification. We created a colour palette inspired by the sea, the sand and the green of nature, carried through in warm finishes and soft woods.
Every frame was composed to evoke a comfortable, modern Mediterranean lifestyle.
We highlighted what set it apart, such as the communal pool and its privacy (more intimate than those of the large neighbouring developments), and the homes with private terraces: relaxed spaces, thoughtfully designed for time with the people you love.
One of the key images sums up the philosophy of the development: the terrace. Lived-in, with real plants, a coffee table and a line that says it all: “Decide how to start your day.”
